This superb & iconic 1960s 'space age' dining set was produced by British furniture manufacturer Arkana & designed by Maurice Burke. The set consists of a circular dining table & four dining chairs. The design of the set features a white fibreglass & plastic moulded circular top table with a single pedestal tulip base. It is completed by four original chairs with metallic bases coated in white plastic & fibreglass seat shells with professionally reupholstered seat cushions in a contemporary grey & white hard wearing quality fabric. The dining set is perfect as a space saver as it was originally intended, as well as being elegant, sturdy & stylish. The set is in good vintage condition.
