A Stunning set of 6 Dining Chairs by Danish designer Erling Torvits for Sorø Stolefabrik. Erling Torvits was born in Brande Denmark 1925 and graduated as a cabinetmaker 1944. From there he went to Copenhagen and worked at the AJ Iversen workshop in Copenhagen before moving Herning Jutland where he set up a small design studio where he was very active for many smaller furniture manufactures all around the country. The beautiful set of six dining chairs are in teak & black vinyl. The dining chairs are in fabulous condition, are a great shape & very contemporary despite being created in the 60s.
