Chippy Heath Furniture Ltd was based in High Wycombe & they produced many midcentury designs during the 1960s & 70s. This Chippy Heath telephone table in yew is certainly a fabulous example. The seat is upholstered in its original green velvet type fabric with button detailing. The telephone top area has one drawer with a pullout wipeable telephone number pad. The bottom half has two cupboards with ample hallway storage. The chippy heath handles & corners are in brass. A great piece of midcentury charm for any porch or hallway & in good vintage condition.
