A fabulous midcentury coffee table manufactured by British White & Newton. White & Newtons talented designer of the time was Philip Hussey. He came up with this stylish simple model that was produced in the late 1960s & early 1970s . It was called the Avon. The coffee table is a simple rectangular shape in solid teak with a strong leg design. The beauty of the coffee table is enhanced by a bespoke design by Leeds 'FloatSome.design' created using 'upcycled skateboards' in a geometric pattern of various colours. Interesting to look at & very tactile. A truly one off bespoke piece of artwork & a midcentury coffee table all in one!
